Hi my name is Sandra. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Ovens/Ballincollig Cork. I hold a B.A Honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a pre-accredited member of IACP. I have worked as a senior pharmacist technician for the last 16 years. I believe everyone needs help at difficult stages in their lives. Together we can asses your problems and navigate through them at your own pace.

I practise Integrative Psychotherapy- a style of counselling based on treating every individual uniquely to address their needs and worries. I specialise in stress management, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem, depression and relationship issues. I offer a supportive and non- judgemental space to explore your problems at your own pace with complete confidentiality. Together we can address any problems and work through them.
